SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday until 5:00 pm (EST).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST) will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders that are placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Your order will be processed upon receipt of credit card verification and authorization.
  • Free shipping within Canada above orders $70 excluding taxes.
  • Flat shipping rate of $ 8.99 within Canada for orders under $70.Some exclusions apply to remote areas like Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut.
  • Crazy lazy Decor reserves the right to change this offer at any time.
  • All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes.
  • We only offer to ship within Canada. For International shipping, please email at contact@crazylazydecor.com with product details and quantity.
  • Shipping is not available for P.O Box addresses due to shipper restrictions.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post and delivered on business days, excluding holidays.
  • Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

From order ship date, after order is processed (see Order Processing Time below). You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships.

  • Local to GMA 3-4 Business Days.
  • Canadian Urban Centers 4-8 Business Days.
  • Canadian Rural 8-12 Business Days.

Can I cancel an order?

Though Crazy Lazy Decor website itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service on +1-514-220-5289 at the earliest with your Order No. to cancel it.

Can I modify or change my order?

Since we have a very small timeframe between receiving and fulfilling your order, you cannot change or modify your order once it is submitted. If you want to update your shipping address, remember to be as quick as possible to contact our Customer Service on +1-514-220-5289. If your order has not been processed, we can update the shipping address.

Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?

Currently, we cannot accept multiple shipping addresses. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
