RETURN POLICY

  • Returns sent without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cannot be accepted. For RMA, please click link Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Returns must be sent within 30 days of order delivery.
  • Items must be clean, in the original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Items cannot be laundered.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Gift cards are final sale and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
  • Refund or exchange will be based on the original method of payment and the amount actually paid for the merchandise.
  • Your receipt must accompany your returned item(s) in order to process your refund or exchange.
  • Returns will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction.
  • Original shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded unless you received an item in error.
  • Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Manufacturer’s defects include but are not limited to:
    • Sewing irregularities such as open seams, fraying, remarkably irregular lines.
    • Fabric irregularities such as separation of weave, cuts, holes.
    • Excessive pilling – pilling must occur over the entire fabric to be deemed a flaw. Pilling in local areas may be caused by excessive friction and are not covered by warranty.
  • If a return isn’t within the return policy, it will be shipped back to you.
  • A Minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all returns deemed non-defective.
  • At any time, Crazy Lazy Decor reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
